Are you looking for a healing circle to reconnect to your cyclical wisdom?
Would you welcome companionship and affirmation on your menstrual and menopausal journey?
Would it nourish you to be held in a circle of compassionate listening?
Would you love to be heard and seen by your sisters on all stages of our journeys, including menstruation, fertility journeys, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause?
Then you are invited to join us in this friendly circle of belonging to nurture our well being. Starting with a welcoming mudra meditation, we exchange greetings and connections with our circle of sisters. There is time to voice your experiences in all stages of our life cycles.
Please download the zoom app and set up a space where you can rest and connect with your sisters in this circle. You are welcome to participate in the circle seated or lying down. Please note: This event is not recorded. It is a confidential circle of healing and belonging.
