Come and share in this gathering to connect inward and nourish ourselves.
This circle is an invitation to slow down and listen to our bodies and beings. We will begin with a yoga nidra, a supine meditation on rest, before rising up to connect in our circle and share a little of what is unfolding in our lives. This is a place to welcome and honour our ever-changing moods, cycles and rhythms. We then move and explore from that place of awareness of that knowledge of what is present for us today, perhaps through gentle juicy yoga asana (stretches), mudra meditations (hand gestures) and other practices that support inner connection.
